Commissioning & Handover

Uniti will fully support the handover of the system, ensuring it is compliant and passes performance acceptance testing.

WHAT'S COVERED:

  • Site Inspections, install and Quality Check: Plant room, Distribution Pipework, HIU, Insulation

  • Commissioning  and compliance checks: Method Statements, Water Treatment, Plantroom and Paperwork Certificates

  • Acceptance Testing (Build Phase visits at handover)

  • Performance Gap reconciliation with Main Contractor.

  • Design verification and assurance

  • Review of Operational and Maintenance (O&M) Manual
